ENGINEER

Engineering is more than pressing the record button. Engineers are the bridge between the art of music and the technicalities involved with being in a studio.

PRODUCER

The producer brings concepts to the table that are often overlooked by the artist(s). The producer's experience will give the extra hand needed to get you to sound the way you want.

MIXER

With the help of EQ's, compressors, and effects, the mixer will sculpt the sound of each instrument to achieve balance.

MASTERING

Mastering is the final stage of the record. Here, a stereo mix of the song will be put under tools that will enhance certain frequencies adding power and color to the entire mix to get it "radio ready".

About Me

Me and young producer Sabage

I'm a record producer, mixing and recording engineer working in recording studios in Long Island and New York City.

I've been a guitar player for over half of my life. Played in bands, in church, and in school. There I learned the dynamics of a band, learned to communicate with other musicians and the audience and experienced the frustrations and the joy of performing live.

Graduated with honors from The City College of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Here, through music theory, musicianship, history, composition, orchestration and vocal training, my ears were trained to dissect and analyze music, write, and reconstruct songs to take them to the next level.

Graduated from the Recording Engineer Institute where I learned hands-on engineering and production skills using real world, professional equipment.

Over the past years, I've worked with well over 25 bands and dozens of artists. Here are some of them.
